Video shows the terrifying moment water cascaded down from a skyscraper's rooftop pool following a major earthquake and several aftershocks in the Philippines.
The Philippines was struck by a powerful 6.1 earthquake on Monday local time, followed by several powerful aftershocks that were felt in the capital city of Manila. At least 11 people were killed and dozens more are missing.
Footage posted to Facebook by local man Michael Rivo shows water pouring down the sides of the massive building and onto the street below in Manila's Binodo district.

The Philippines was struck by a powerful 6.1 earthquake on Monday local time, according to the US Geological Survey, and was followed by several powerful aftershocks that were felt in the capital city of Manila. According to Associated Press, at least 11 people were killed and dozens more are missing.
Footage posted to Facebook by local man Michael Rivo shows water pouring down the sides of the massive building and onto the street below in Manila's Binodo district.
In his post, Rivo says the water is spilling from the penthouse swimming pool. The Manila Bulletin adds that the deluge came from a broken water tank at the penthouse pool.
According to Gizmodo, the building is called the Anchor Suites, which opened in 2015 and is one of the tallest buildings in the area.

Other video posted to Rivo's page show people running from the water in the streets below the building.
