Assange indicted on 18 counts, accused of coordinating with Manning to leak classified national-security docs

A federal grand jury returned an 18-count superseding indictment on Thursday charging WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange with offenses relating to his alleged role in the compromise of classified information. Assange has been accused of coordinating with former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to leak classified national-security documents.
